Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the Partnership Sales & Marketing team via execution of superior & innovative marketing platforms, insights & activation/promotional concepts to meet prospect & partner goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential duties of this position are to:
- Support Partnership Sales & Marketing to create dynamic, compelling custom marketing proposals (new business, renewal, incremental opportunities, etc.)
- Work with ISC Creative to generate powerful imagery to support proposed marketing & activation plans
- Participate & often lead new idea brainstorm sessions to support activation platforms & create an index of creative concepts to monetize
- Develop & maintain master Entitlement decks & asset lists
- Develop Entitlement event recap template for use across the system
- Maintain external ISC 101 slides & strive to identify new, compelling ways to showcase opportunities, success stories, etc.
- Lead for ONE Daytona project presentations
- Point on ISC Integrated Media opportunity awareness – MRN assets, new concepts, platforms, etc.
- Assist with Insights requests – data pulls, reporting, etc.
- Develop & maintain logo, image, event ROI and case study libraries
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least an Associate’s Degree and 1 to 2 years related marketing or sponsorship sales experience (preferably in the sports and or entertainment industry)
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ideal candidate is results driven, creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience required (PowerPoint (High Level), Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Baseline experience with Adobe Photoshop required – additional Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign)
- Familiarity with video editing software and tools a plus (iMovie, After Effects)
- Experience with syndicated research tools (Simmons, Nielsen and Scarborough) and/or PR tool (Vocus) a plus
