SUMMARY 
The Consumer Marketing Coordinator will work closely with all departments to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to improve fan experience and loyalty and ultimately grow associated revenues and profits.  Closely manages all CRM campaigns and programs including but not limited to Fan Promotions, Fan Communications, FanMax, Social Media Sites, Kids Club program and Omniture.  This position will be responsible for driving retention rates and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty levels for all ticket plan holders, including (but not limited to) season ticket, multi-day race tickets, single tickets, fan hospitality, camping, entertainment, fan experience and other race day activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  1. Represent the department and the facility in the development and execution of on and off site marketing events.  Ensures CLS and Route 66 are represented professionally and maintain integrity of all data and program elements.
  2. For such events, assume responsibility for departmental budgeting, staffing, marketing collateral, data capture, scheduling and financial reporting.
  3. Manages FanMax activity to ensure timely, relevant and accurate fan communications including newsletters, emails, and segmentation and data capture events.
  4. Planning and execution of fan promotions and events which includes communications, supplies, rules and other elements as needed for each program.
  5. Ensure all branding, logos and marketing content are up to standards on advertising sites, partner sites, internal websites, social media channels and communications.
  6. Develops and manages partner and sponsor relationships to leverage opportunities to create an environment of excitement leading up to, pre-race, during race and post-race
  7. Serves as liaison to book and execute entertainment bookings, communications, production and all other necessary elements to enhance the fan experience and drive marketing results on event weekends.
  8. Maintains all advertising buys and manages accounts to create opportunities within the markets.  Assists with marketing, program and media analysis.
  9. All other marketing programs as assigned or needed.

  • Development of new Activation Programs and opportunities for PIR Partners to work together designed to elevate the Partner’s relationship with PIR and create in-market exposure for the upcoming race weekend.
  • Creation of partner marketing guidelines, policies and approval workflows both internal and external.
  • Oversee effective brand integration for exclusive and official partners in PIR produced executions.
  • Creation of effective corporate marketing materials, i.e. recaps, presentations, sales aides, etc.
  • Provide suggestions and ideas that enhance processes, partner experience, and simplicity of operation.
