Media Sales Planner, Integrated Media Sales – International Speedway Corporation (Daytona Beach, FL)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Manage MRN, mrn.com and Sprint Vision media sales materials
- Develop and create sales presentations and proposals For ISC Marketing (Integrated Media Sales, Partnership Marketing and Partnership Sales) prospects and existing clients
- Provide and understand custom research (Nielsen, Scarborough, etc…)
- Assist MRN Traffic Department with creative and materials acquisition
- Liaison with the IM Sales and Traffic to ensure sold schedules run as ordered
- Resolution of contract discrepancies
- Organize research and competitive information
- Maintain client promotions and sponsorships
Inventory Management
- Maintain available media inventory data
- Maintain sponsorship feature inventory data
- Maintain and update media rate card
- Maintain and update program audience estimates
Qualifications
- 1 years experience in media buying and/or planning
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Able and willing to work overtime
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships are required
- Good organizational and project management skills are necessary
- Effective and clear written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook is required
- Passion for motorsports is preferred
