Race Information Specialist- Event Time Only – Charlotte Motor Speedway (Concord, NC)
Charlotte Motor Speedway is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and guest service oriented people to join the CMS Crew.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate golf cart transportation for our guests
- Sell programs, Driver Intro Passes and Pit Passes, lanyards, and other items
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees. Respond to inquiries from guests regarding the facility, rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Clean background check
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must be knowledgeable of CMS and services we offer
- Guest Service oriented
- Reasonable driving distance from CMS
- Must be able to work the main event days at CMS
