Client Services Coordinator – Atlanta Motor Speedway (Hampton, GA)

Client Services Coordinator/Assistant

Non-exempt position

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred in business administration/marketing
  • Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills
  • Well organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

This position requires candidate to have the ability to perform quality work on deadlines, with and without direct supervision, ability to interact professionally with other employees, clients and vendors, work effectively, efficiently and independently on assignments while understanding the need for clear and constant communication with clients, employees and departments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate proposals and write collateral for sales team and individual reps as needed while maintaining a consistent look and design for prospective clients and current clients

·         Administrative duties:

o   Filing, phones, account list, receptionist duties, UPS, mailings, creating spreadsheets and word documents for data entry and tracking, etc.

  • Sponsor/Client activation:
    • Assist with all aspects of Hospitality, Suites, Display, Signage, Program, etc. for all events (NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Gift of Lights, Motorama and Summer series events), including but not limited to:
      • Generation and distribution of suite/hospitality information booklets
      • Communicating with vendors on set up/tear down, client lists
      • Working with event staff in each area to communicate client expectations and activation
      • Facilitate and execute client events, such as speed drives, facility rentals, etc.
  • Research, track, analyze and collect information on local, state and regional businesses and their viability as sponsor/partners Post event wrap-ups: data collection of web, news print, photos, TV Eyes, Vocus
  • Create and implement “welcome” package to go out for all new contracts to include all information needed pertaining to contract type (i.e. program specs, display information, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain customer service surveys and evaluations for all corporate partnerships
